Sue's Story
Life
After high school it took me a while to decide what I wanted to do. I became a Dental Hygienist and worked for 38 years part time. I married in 1969 to a guy in the Air Force and we moved around for 26 years,living overseas as well as statesides and ending up in Colorado, where we still live. We have two grown sons, and a beautiful daughter-in-law, and the most precious grandbaby as of 7/08. We are retired and live in the mountains of Colorado and love the small town life after living in a city for so long. I would love to hear from any of my classmates. This is what I learned from my kids. I learned a new depth of love. It helped me to not be so "me" oriented. Raising them was the most difficult but most rewarding job in my life. I wouldn't trade the experience for any thing. Prayer and trusting God took on a new meaning because I realized I couldn't do it without Him.
My current age is 64. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be dead. I was so completely wrong..
